Connecticut College is conducting a regional search for a Snack Shop Attendant to work per diem in our busy Snack Shop.  Flexible schedule: will include late nights, and/or weekends.  Position will remain open until filled.  Position pays $16.91/hour.

Responsibilities include food preparation, set-up work areas, short order cooking, and sanitation of area, cash register operation and frequent customer service. Must be able to communicate with students and other campus customers about menu offerings and ingredients; have the ability to work under pressure as business has periods of high volume.  

Requires flexibility with job assignments, basic math skills, read, write and converse English, follow directions, able to lift 50 lbs, work both independently and as part of a team, and some supervision of student workers.

Thorough applicant credentialing, including criminal records check and pre-placement physical, will be conducted on the selected candidate. 

Connecticut College requires employees to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
